I, hereby grant my consent to Ferrero India Pvt. Ltd., its officers, employees, agents, independent contractors, licensees, successors, assigns (hereby collectively referred to as “Company”) to collect, store, use and process my Personal Data such as my full name, email address, state, city & video or audio entry (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Personal Data”) for the purpose of “TIC TAC REFRESH YOUR VIBE 2.0” (“Consumer Contest”) which may be published on the Company’s social media handles, YouTube, Spotify, other promotional material such as billboards, posters & on www.refreshyourvibe.tictac.com.
I confirm that my Personal Data shall be processed by the Company for the Consumer Contest and the purposes mentioned below in accordance with applicable laws and the Company’s policies. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, I further waive all moral rights, rights of publicity or copyright and all claims to royalties arising from any intellectual property rights contained in my photographs or audio-visual content collected pursuant to the Consumer Contest or other compensation arising from or related to the use of my Personal Data and hereby forever release and discharge the Company from any claims that may arise regarding the use of the Personal Data, including any claims of invasion of privacy, since such processing has been undertaken by the Company based on my consent.
I understand that my Personal Data may be collected, used and processed by the Company or its authorised representatives for the following purposes:
To register and confirm my participation in the Consumer Contest;
To ensure delivery of prizes of the Consumer Contest;
To use photographs and audio-visual recordings for social media communications relating to the Consumer Contest;
To analyse participation and engagement metrics for improving future consumer contests and related activities; and
To ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
I understand that if I choose not to provide certain Personal Data, some aspects of the Consumer Contest may not be accessible to me or may be limited in their availability. In such cases, I may refrain from sharing my Personal Data, and I accept any resulting limitations on my participation.
I acknowledge that I can exercise the following rights vis-à-vis my Personal Data subject to applicable laws and the Company’s policies:
The right to access details regarding the processing of my Personal Data by the Company;
The right to have my Personal Data rectified, completed or updated;
The right to request for erasure of my Personal Data;
The right to withdraw consent to the processing of my Personal Data at any time;
The right to grievance redressal in relation to any grievances pertaining to the processing of my Personal Data or exercise of rights; and
The right to nominate any other individual who will, in the event of my death or incapacity, exercise the rights mentioned herein.
